Next Gen HVAC LLC is a licensed Arizona contractor under ROC License #360564. All work is performed in accordance with Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) regulations and applicable building codes.

2. Estimates & Scope of Work

  • All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Final pricing may change if concealed or unforeseen conditions are discovered.

  • Any additional work requires customer approval before proceeding.

  • Verbal estimates are non-binding unless confirmed in writing.

3. Payments & Financing

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved payment methods. Financing options are subject to third-party approval and separate terms from the financing provider.

Failure to remit payment may result in:
